THE LEGACY

Our senior and founding partner, Milo Vazquez, had been practicing in the field of design in collaboration with other partners for 17 years, prior to establishing Vazquez & Associates in February 1985. It was eventually incorporated as Vazdesigns & Architecture in 2005, and finally as Vazdesigns Asia Consult, Inc in 2010.

We also welcome a variety of other commissions, ranging from high-rise buildings, master planning, commercial fit-outs and other interior architecture projects. This wide range of work continually challenges us to expand our expertise and work collaboratively with numerous design fields and industries.

Our practice pride itself on its team-player philosophy. Being involved in numerous joint-venture arrangements, we have found that partnering strengthens our team by providing added value to the client and the project, while advancing the knowledge and experience base for each of the participating firms.
