Our senior and founding partner, Milo Vazquez, had been practicing in the field of design in collaboration with other partners for 17 years, prior to establishing Vazquez & Associates in February 1985. It was eventually incorporated as Vazdesigns & Architecture in 2005, and finally as Vazdesigns Asia Consult, Inc in 2010.

Today, Milo leads the firm alongside his daughters, Keena and Mariel Vazquez, who each hold  Bachelors and Masters degrees in Architecture from the University of New South Wales. Their training and recent experience practicing in Sydney, Australia facilitate our practice’s alignment with international standards and continuous commitment to expanding our knowledge base and processes.

We also welcome a variety of other commissions, ranging from high-rise buildings, master planning, commercial fit-outs and other interior architecture projects. This wide range of work continually challenges us to expand our expertise and work collaboratively with numerous design fields and industries.

Our close partners

Arch. Erik Asinas, presently the managing partner of a design consultancy firm he established called Arch Haus-Asia. He is responsible for the design and development of its various projects: commercial, condominium and office facilities. He has also been involved in hotel and resort development.

Arch. Rhodora M. Calinawan, who has been connected with our firm since 1994. She currently serves as one of the Directors and Senior Architectural Consultants of Vazdesigns. She is an active member of the United Architects of the Philippines having served as Chairman of Education and Publication in the Capitol Chapter.
